Allison is the owner of three (3) Senior Assisted Living Care homes that blend her love for seniors, art, and a celebration of life. “Holidays are important to me. I want my seniors to feel valued and loved. There is always a reason to decorate!” She says.
During Covid, my life—no, my world—turned upside down! The priority was keeping our residents healthy and making sure our facilities were clean, safe, and compliant.
Not one of our seniors got covid. Nobody! Over 60 beds, and no one got sick!! I almost died, (LOL), but they stayed well. Our climate controlled storage unit is the overflow for our non perishables and ALL my extra stuff.
I’m losing money! I buy things I know I already have, but I can’t find them. I keep putting it off. This frustration has got to end.
When I Support Our Clients, It’s Important To Understand The Psychology Behind Their Challenges And Their Goals.
Her story is tender. After losing a sibling at an early age, she moved in with her grandmother. It is in that home she developed a passion to keep seniors protected and in beautiful spaces.
I share with her our need to see everything. Artwork, bags, bins, tax files, EVERYTHING! Clarifying this will get her to a place of peace.
She told me her grandmother was very organized. She loved order and rarely would you find anything out of place. “Keeping things neat, categorized, and accessible makes me feel secure.” She says.
Ultimately, it’s all about them…she smiles in anticipation as she scrolls through her phone. “Here it is!” She finds an image of her last spring photo booth event!! “It’s all about them!”
